ABOUT MISSION JC

MISSION JC is a morning of worship through service. On the last Sunday of April, churches joined together to give back to our community through various service projects. A wide variety of projects for every age and ability are offered so everyone can find a way to serve our community. Mission JC began in 2013 with one church and has expanded to include 11 local churches and growing each year.

In 2019, nearly 700 adults and children served in 60 projects throughout our community. 

2020 and 2021 were canceled due to COVID-19, but in 2022 we roared back to life with more than 500 volunteers and 11 churches participating.

In 2025, the decision was made to move Mission JC to from April to October.

If you are unable to serve on Sunday or you really like serving, SERVE JEFF CITY provides another great opportunity. This year's event was held on April 26, 2025.
